My Background
Drawing from over 10 years of personal and professional experience and an internationally recognized Certification in Change Management, I've had a successful career within a distinguished six-decade-old Federal Government Agency where I became a U.S. Diplomat and Civil Servant.
I had the privilege of serving as the youngest leader on my C-Suite leadership team, and walked side by side Ambassadors, Sr. leaders and U.S. Diplomats alike — coaching through complexity, change, and the deeply human work of leading people well.
Today, I bring that same rare mix of global perspective, organizational resilience, and emotional intelligence to the leaders I coach — so they can lead with confidence, influence, and integrity.
